Elkton Man Arrested After Pursuit On Stolen Motorcycle

An Elkton man was charged after he fled from law enforcement on a stolen motorcycle Tuesday afternoon.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they attempted to stop a Yamaha motorcycle for no registration plate on Russellville Road and the driver 32-year-old Joshua Justice fled leading them on a short pursuit. He laid down the motorcycle and attempted to flee on foot but was taken into custody. The motorcycle had been reported stolen out of Paducah.

Justice is charged with speeding, reckless driving, receiving stolen property, and first and second-degree fleeing or evading police
