A Hopkinsville woman was charged after she was allegedly found with drugs and drug paraphernalia on South Fowler Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 38-year-old Renee Joynt was found inside a home after a report of a possible burglary in progress. Police say she was verbally combative with law enforcement and after a search of the residence 8 syringes with a dark substance inside them were found along with other syringes.
Joynt is charged with possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia.
