A man was charged after police say he shot another man with a crossbow in Hopkinsville Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 37-year-old Latrez Bryson, of Hopkinsville, was found near the intersection of Vine Street and Howell Street just before 4 pm, in the roadway, with an arrow that entered through his nose.
Police say the shooter 43-year-old Hugh Ford, of Hopkinsville, was located shortly after and charged with first-degree assault.
Bryson was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center where he was then flown to a Nashville hospital.
