Second Man Charged In Hopkinsville Shooting

Donte White

Two men have been charged in connection to a shooting at the Dollar General store on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say a disturbance between 25-year-old Donte White and 34-year-old Winston Morrow led to both men firing several shots at each other and the building being struck.

Authorities say Morrow fled the area before police arrived but was later located.

White was arrested at the store and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and attempted first-degree assault. Morrow was charged with attempted first-degree assault and seven counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.

No one was injured in the shooting.
