A Hopkinsville man was arrested Friday after police say he violated an emergency protective order in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville Police say 41-year-old Marco Garduno Lopez confronted a man Thursday at a restaurant for paying for a woman’s meal that he has a child in common with. Lopez was located outside of the woman’s apartment Friday and stated he was picking up his child for school.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree stalking and violation of an emergency protective order.
