A Hopkinsville man was charged after police say he threatened them with a pizza cutter in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 36-year-old Brandon Smith used a pizza cutter during a burglary on East 19th Street to threaten a witness along with law enforcement officials when they arrived. Smith also allegedly displayed his genitals and took keys during the incident.
He is charged with second-degree indecent exposure, menacing, second-degree burglary, and intimidating a participant in a legal process.
