An Oak Grove home was damaged in a fire that started around a dryer Thursday afternoon.
Oak Grove firefighters say everyone had gotten out of the home safely and smoke was coming from the laundry room when they arrived just after 4 p.m.
The small fire reportedly started around a dryer and was quickly extinguished by firefighters when they arrived.
Firefighters say it was contained in the laundry room and only caused moderate damage.
The home is located at 1512 Hugh Hunter Road.
