Millbrooke Elementary School has been recognized as one of six Kentucky schools being named a 2021 Imagine Nation Beacon School.
School officials said Imagine Learning provides schools with adaptive, digital curriculum and assessment tools to accelerate learning for students in Pre-Kindergarten to 8th Grade.
Millbrooke principal Renikka Owen said they piloted the program in October and are excited about the accomplishment. She added it has been a tough year with the global pandemic, but their teachers and students rose to the challenge.
