Funeral services for 87-year old Frances Brown Almy, of Hopkinsville, will be Thursday morning, April 13, at 11:00 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 Wednesday afternoon.
Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Herbert Hoover Almy of Hopkinsville; her daughters, Shahri Smithson and her husband John of Hopkinsville, Lori Thomas of Hopkinsville, and Kristi Calvert and her husband John of Fountain Inn, SC; her brothers, Manuel Brown and his wife Charlotte of Cadiz, Paul Brown and his wife Mava of Cadiz, Howard Brown and his wife Louise of Owensboro, and Dwight Brown and his wife Pam of Gracey; her sister, Minnie Greil of Burlington, WI; and seven grandchildren, Kyle Smithson, Mallory Smithson, KaLeigh Thomas, MaKenzee Thomas, Nate Calvert, Noah Calvert, and Jacob Calvert.
