HCC Excited For New Classes, July Summer Camp

Hopkinsville Community College is gearing up for new classes and youth summer camp.

President Dr. Alissa Young told the board of directors Monday; they will soon offer a new course in the Construction Technology field.

In addition, Dr. Young said the college’s Accelerated Welding course would begin May 24.

The college will also offer Pathfinders Discovery Camp, which will replace the Kids in College Can Soar (KICCS) camps, which can not be held this summer due to COVID-19. The camps will be held in various places outside on campus.
