He is survived by his parents Larry “Buddy” Leneave and Terri Lynn Boyd Leneave, of Hopkinsville, his wife Terry Lynn Leneave; his sons: Michael (Krista) Blankenship of Clarksville, TN, Dustin Blankenship of Hopkinsville, KY, and Tyler Blankenship of Fort Irwin, CA; and his granddaughter: Evelyn Blankenship.
