Funeral services for 67-year-old Debbie Cain Ford Irvin, of Hopkinsville, will be held Thursday afternoon, April 29, at 1:00, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Visitation will begin Thursday at Noon at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughters, Shannon Gardner and husband, Harold of Hopkinsville and Crystal Richards and husband John of Hopkinsville and her six grandchildren, Sania Richards, Harold Gardner Jr., Anara Richards, Shemar Gardner, Cameron Richards, and Ember Richards.
