A Christian County High School junior was selected as a member of the 2021 Governor’s School for the Arts (GSA).
The district reports Joseph Anderson was selected for the Instrumental Music (Percussion) discipline at GSA.
Also, fellow CCHS junior Levi Mitchell and Hopkinsville High School junior Nicholas Laramee were selected as alternates in the Instrumental Music discipline.
GSA is an arts education program of The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, where students learn from distinguished teachers, create with fellow gifted students, and experience college residential life at the University of Kentucky.
