The League of Women Voters of Hopkinsville will host a discussion with legislators Saturday morning.
League spokesperson Donna Johnson said they would talk with Representatives Myron Dossett and Walker Thomas, and Senator Whitney Westerfield about various issues important to them.
Some of the topics to be discussed; the restoration of voting rights, legislative redistricting, equitable school funding, and encouraging voter participation.
The event will be around an hour and begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Community Room at the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library. The public is invited to attend, with masks required, along with social distancing.
