Kentucky Reports More Than 300 New COVID Cases

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear says the state added more than 300 cases of COVID-19 Sunday afternoon.

According to the daily COVID-19 report Kentucky recorded 366 new cases of COVID-19 and eight new deaths, with one additional death from the audit. The state positivity rate rose slightly to 3.08 percent. There were 379 people hospitalized in the state, with 92 people in the intensive care unit, and 51 currently on a ventilator. The state death toll rose to 6,250.

And Governor Beshear reported 1,556,000 Kentuckians have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
