A man was charged after he was allegedly found to be in possession stolen items from a theft on Kenwood Drive Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 47-year-old Robert Preston was located on Faircourt Drive after he took items out of a vehicle on Kenwood Drive. Preston was found to have one of the items that were taken and was identified by the owner of the vehicle as someone in the area at the time of the theft.
He is charged with theft by unlawful taking.
