A Franklin County woman faces new drug charges after being arrested on a warrant for possession of drugs Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 30-year-old Lucinda Hannan was arrested on North Main Street in Hopkinsville on a warrant out of Franklin County for possession of meth. After being arrested, she was allegedly found to have meth in her bra at the jail.
She is charged with possession of meth and first-degree promoting contraband.
