A traffic stop in the area of Country Club Lane in Hopkinsville led to a pursuit and a crash Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop a man for reckless driving around 3 am and the driver fled at a low speed before turning onto Henderson Drive.
The car ran off the road hitting a parked vehicle, traveled through a backyard before striking a heating and cooling unit.
The driver fled on foot and has not been located. Police say they will be getting a warrant for the driver’s arrest.
No one was injured in the pursuit.
