A Chattanooga, Tennessee, man was arrested after he refused to stop walking away from police during a disturbance Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to South Campbell Street for 36-year-old Michael Johnson who was not wearing a shirt and yelling in the road.
When police asked him to stop and show them his hands he reportedly ignored them and continued to walk away. Johnson was tased by police then taken into custody.
He is charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, second-degree disorderly conduct, and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
