Kentucky Reports More Than 600 New COVID-19 Cases

Kentucky reported more than 600 new COVID-19 cases Saturday, with the testing positivity rate remaining just below 4 percent.

Governor Andy Beshear reported 679 new cases of COVID-19 Saturday afternoon, with 16 new deaths reported in the state. He said the state testing positivity rate remained just below 4 percent at 3.98. There are 519 people still hospitalized with COVID-19, 121 in the intensive care unit, and 71 currently on a ventilator. The state death toll stands at 4,966 people.
