A Christian County man was arrested on a warrant for cruelty to animals Tuesday.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say on February 11th a dog owned by 29-year-old Keith Radford was found on a 2-foot chain in below-freezing temperatures with no adequate shelter, food, or water.
The dog’s food and water were reportedly frozen. Radford is charged with second-degree cruelty to animals.
