More Than 800 New COVID Cases Saturday In Kentucky

Kentucky recorded more than 800 new COVID-19 cases Saturday in Kentucky, with the state positivity rate showing another decline.

Governor Andy Beshear says 840 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed Saturday, with 52 new deaths due to the virus. The positivity rate dropped to 4 percent.

Beshear also reported 591 hospitalizations, 171 patients currently in the intensive care, and 72 people on a ventilator. He also reported 52 new deaths, which increased the state death toll to 4,806.
