Governor Andy Beshear appointed a Hopkinsville attorney to serve as a member of the Kentucky Retirement Systems board of trustees.
Mike Foster, with Foster, Soyars, & Associates, and previously served as the attorney for Christian County government, will replace David Gallagher, who resigned from the board. Foster will serve the remainder of Gallagher’s unexpired term, which ends July 1.
