Hopkinsville Man Charged With Fleeing From Police 

A Hopkinsville man was arrested after he reportedly fled from police Thursday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say they were called to Poplar Street due to a disturbance and  Ronald Young came out of the home and jumped into a car that was driving down the road.
The driver of the car 27-year-old Victor Civils reportedly fled from police and they lost his vehicle in the area of McKee Street.
Police say they located the vehicle after it ran off the road on Woodmill Road hitting a large tire.  Young was still inside the car when police arrived. Civils reportedly fled on foot but was taken into custody shortly after.
Civils is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, driving on a suspended or revoked license, and no insurance.
Young was given a trespass warning for the home on Poplar Street.
