Trigg Hospital Regional COVID Clinic Now In Phase 1C

The Trigg County Hospital regional vaccine clinic is moving to phase 1C of COVID-19 vaccine distribution.

During the hospital’s board of directors meeting Thursday afternoon, Administrator John Sumner said the hospital is receiving 200 to 300 new first dose vaccines each week. Also, the hospital will receive the same amount of second-dose vaccines in about four weeks.

He added the new phase includes more of the public.

During the board of directors meeting, chair Dr. Michael Gross asked how long the 1C phase will last.

The regional vaccine clinic is being held inside the Lexie Bush Convention Center at the Trigg County Recreation Complex. Appointments for COVID-19 vaccines can be made by calling Trigg County Primary Care.
