Grace and Mercy will host a virtual graduation and fundraiser event Thursday evening.
Board member John Peck says this event will serve as their big fundraiser for the year.
Peck adds he’s been involved in the program since the inception. He says Grace and Mercy has been very successful.
The program is not cheap and Grace and Mercy never ask participants to pay for it.
Part of Thursday evening’s program will focus on the White House that the Grace and Mercy board of directors owns, which is the new home for the program.
Peck adds they also own a house behind the White House that they plan to turn into apartments for women who graduate the program to provide them a place to live for a small fee each month.
Peck says there are many ways to become involved with Grace and Mercy.
