A Hopkinsville man and woman were arrested after a theft investigation led to a search warrant at their home on Gospel Of Peace Road Wednesday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 27-year-old Brandon Gard and 23-year-old Haley Pool refused to open the door when deputies arrived. After authorities entered the residence they reportedly found several stolen items along with a vehicle lockout kit and illegal narcotics. During the investigation Pool reportedly gave deputies a false name and date of birth.
They are both charged with receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Gard was also charged with second-degree hindering apprehension, possession of marijuana and meth. Pool was charged with giving an officer false identifying information and theft of identity.
