After two consecutive days of declining COVID-19 numbers in Christian County, the health department reported an increase of 69 cases from Sunday.
The number of active cases in Christian County was above 800 for six straight days until Friday when it dropped to 639.
The health department reported 688 active cases Monday with increases in three of the four age demographics. The number of people over 85 infected with the virus remained at 13 for a third straight day.
The number of those 21 and under with an active case rose slightly from 96 Sunday to 104 Monday.
