Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville woman injured in a wreck on South Main Street Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 41-year-old Heather Turner was southbound when her SUV hit the side of a parked truck in the area of East 10th Street. The crash caused her car to overturn coming to a rest on the passenger side in the middle of the roadway.
Turner was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what police say are non-life-threatening injuries.
Turner was charged with DUI and cited to court due to her injuries from the crash.
Police say the truck is owned by 24-year-old Keaton Anderson, of Clarksville. The crash happened just after 9 pm.
