The Trigg County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has selected a familiar face as their next Membership Director.
Chamber President Ashley Johnson said they have selected Beth Sumner to fill the position, effective Monday, February 1.
Johnson added her responsibilities would include obtaining new memberships, coordinating and conducting activities to enhance the Chamber’s memberships, coordinating Chamber community activities, and serving as the primary liaison for the Chamber’s regional partnerships.
Sumner previously worked at Trigg County Public Schools, where she retired after 27-years. She was the district’s Assistant Superintendent.
