A Pembroke man was charged after he was found with a stolen vehicle Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to Griffin Bell Drive in reference to a stolen dump truck and found 29-year-old Kyle Gibbs walking away from the truck. He reportedly admitted to taking the vehicle to see his girlfriend on Griffin Bell Drive.
Gibbs was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
