A Hopkinsville man was arrested for refusing to leave an apartment he was not supposed to be at on North Elm Street Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 26-year-old Cecil Keys was found under the influence of narcotics and refused to leave his sister’s apartment. Police say Keys had been previously given a trespass warning to stay off her property.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
