A disturbance in Caldwell County led to the arrest of a Fredonia man last week on drug and gun-related charges.

Caldwell County Chief Deputy Chris Noel reported Monday afternoon that deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in the 8000 block of KY 902 around midnight Christmas Eve. After an investigation, Deputy Noel says 56-year old Jimmie Haynes was arrested and booked into the Caldwell County Jail charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a handgun and firearm by a convicted felon.
