Hopkinsville Police are investigating a shooting and robbery that took place Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 46-year-old Michael Henderson showed up at Jennie Stuart Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the back and claimed he was robbed by two men while he was out walking in the East 18th Street or East 19th Street area.
During the robbery, two gold and one silver necklace were reportedly taken. Police say they have not found the location of the shooting and robbery and that the man’s injuries are not life-threatening.
