Two COVID Related Deaths Reported in Caldwell County Thursday

The Pennyrile District Health Department announced two COVID-related deaths in Caldwell County Thursday evening and six new cases of the virus.

The health department’s report shows a 74-year old female and 75-year old male passed away but it does indicate if there were underlying health conditions.

According to Judge-Executive Larry Curling, the six new cases are all recovering at home and include three males and three females from 35 to 75-years old.

The latest cases raised the county’s total to 720 since March.

In addition to the new cases in Caldwell County, the health department announced 27 new cases in other counties in district. Twelve of those are in Livingston County, seven in Trigg, six in Crittenden, and two in Lyon County.
