Christian County Public School elementary students will remain in non-traditional instruction next week.
Communications Director John Rittenhouse said that Christian County remained in the red zone on the Kentucky COVID-19 Incidence Rate Map on Thursday. He added under Governor Andy Beshear’s Executive Order, children in kindergarten through 5th grade located within counties designated in a red zone must remain in NTI. Grades 6 through 12 will remain NTI until Monday, January 4, 2021.
The district will review the Incidence Rate Map next Thursday to decide if students can return for the week of December 14.
