Larayna Manning

47-year-old Larayna Manning, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,000 and theft of a credit card. Hopkinsville Police said Manning was found to have taken a bank card from a male victim then used it to make approximately $1,000 in fraudulent charges.

Manning is facing charges of murder and first-degree robbery in connection to the death of 70-year-old Calvin Taylor on October 12th. Hopkinsville Police said Taylor was reportedly found shot inside his home after police responded to a report of shots fired. 24-year-old Anthony Manning is facing similar charges in the incident. Both remain lodged in the Christian County Jail.

Irean Coleman

Elsewhere, 37-year-old Irean Coleman, of Hopkinsville was indicted on four counts each of first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or younger, abandonment of a minor, first-degree wanton endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a minor. The indictment also included various drug charges.

The charges stem from an October 13 incident when police were called to her North O’Neal Avenue home for a welfare check. Police reported finding three children under six-years-old and a seven-month-old living in squalor. The oldest child told police their mother had left the home with a black bag that morning and had not returned 10-12 hours later. The police report said family members came to the home and helped change diapers and bathe the dirty children. Drugs and paraphernalia were also found throughout the home and within access of the children. The children were placed in the protective custody of family members who told police Coleman had left the children home alone before.

Kenneth Bundy

Also, 69-year-old Kenneth Bundy, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on charges of prohibited use of an electronic communication device to procure a minor, first-degree solicitation to unlawful transaction with a minor under 16-years of age, and third-degree solicitation to sodomy.

The charges come after Oak Grove Police said Bundy used a cell phone to talk with a 15-year-old male to engage in illegal sexual conduct and requested the minor to encourage his juvenile friends to engage in the same activities.
