A longtime Cadiz furniture store owner passed away Thursday at his home in Trigg County.
Elwood Crisp was the owner and operator of Crisp Furniture for over 50 years. Crisp was also in the real estate business for over 18 years with Century 21 Lake Barkley, in addition to being a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church.
He leaves behind his wife of 74 years, Clara Nell Bridges Crisp, son Michael Crisp, four grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
A private graveside service will take place Monday afternoon at Green Hill Memorial Gardens in Christian County.
