The Christian County Road Department has announced a temporary closure of a stretch of Crofton Macedonia Road beginning this week.
Officials said about a tenth of a mile of the road near Johnson Mill Road will be closed for up to six weeks. The closure is to allow for the replacement of a cross drain and begins Tuesday.
Anyone that needs to get around the closure can utilize William Lile Road or Crofton Fruithill Road.
