Christian County Health Department officials confirmed 42 new COVID-19 cases Wednesday night.
The county has seen a total of 2,306 cases, with 283 deemed active. Of the active cases, 211 are 59 or younger, and 72 are 60 or older. The county has reported 1,989 recoveries and 34 deaths during the pandemic.
In Trigg County, four new COVID-19 cases were announced Wednesday night. The new cases include two males and two females that range in age from 32 to 78. The county has reported 305 total cases.
