YMCA Delivering Meals to Community in New Program

The Hopkinsville YMCA is serving the community through a meal program and a new Thankful Tree.

Program Director Joe Wilson says they are in need of donations for their food pantry program.

He adds they are serving over 1,500 meals a week.

Wilson says they are working to reach needs in the community by delivering meals in the afternoons.

He says they are hosting indoor soccer at the Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex.

Instead of an Angel Tree this year Wilson says they are having a Thankful Tree.

Bill Booth and the Live Afternoon Drive will be broadcasting from the YMCA Tuesday afternoon beginning at 3:00.
