A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has completed the pothole patching operation on I-24 westbound and has moved to the intersection of I-24 and U.S. 41-A for repairs.
District Two Spokeswoman Keirsten Jaggers said lane restrictions would be in place while the work is performed in southern Christian County. Motorists are encouraged to reduce their speed and be aware of stop and go traffic.
This work is scheduled for completion in 7 to 10 days, weather permitting.
