Officials with the Christian County Road Department say a portion of North Old Madisonville Street near Crofton will close beginning next week.
The department confirmed to the News Edge the road would be closed near Gordon Park to allow for cross drain repairs. The closure will begin Wednesday, November 4, and is expected to take four to six weeks, weather permitting.
Motorists will be able to detour around the closure by using U.S. 41 – North Madisonville Road.
