The Hopkinsville-Christian County Imagination Library has partnered with a local business to host a private shopping event.
Library Executive Director DeeAnna Sova said downtown retailer Bella Marie Boutique is hosting the event with ticket proceeds to benefit the program. She added the shopping day will take place Saturday, November 14th.
The event will take place between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. at the 601 South Virginia Street location. Tickets are $20 and include an hour of shopping, a few beverages, and live music. During the shopping event, you can get 20% off your entire purchase, a $5 gift card with a purchase of $100 or more, and 10% off the purchase of a gift card.
Sova said there would be 25 people allowed each hour, and tickets can be purchased at Bella Marie Boutique or the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library.
She added Imagination Library continues to provide books for all children, birth to 5 years of age in Christian County. There are currently over 3500 children enrolled in the program. It is free to enroll and can be done here.
