A woman was flown to an Indiana hospital after falling from a horse Saturday morning.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a 65-year-old woman fell from a horse at Wranglers Campground causing injuries to her arm and shoulder.
The woman whose name has not been released was flown to Deaconess Midtown Hospital.
