Clarksville Police are still investigating a Monday evening wreck that claimed the life of one person.
Officials said around 7:50, a 1992 Ford Crown Victoria was traveling in the southbound lanes of Trenton Road. Investigation revealed as the road merged into one lane, the vehicle didn’t merge, causing it to leave the roadway and collide with a concrete culvert.
The driver, 63-year-old Cason Lee Walker, died as a result of her injuries. Police said there were three other passengers in the vehicle. They were all transported to area hospitals with unknown injuries.
