A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for rape and sodomy Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 37-year-old David Folger was arrested in Hopkinsville on an indictment warrant for third-degree rape, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, and two counts of third-degree sodomy.
The report does not give any information on what led to the charges.
