A Hopkinsville man was charged after police say he was using meth in the police station lobby Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 26-year-old Cecil Keys was found smoking meth in the Hopkinsville Police station lobby and in possession of a large amount of marijuana, a grinder, a scale, and a glass pipe containing meth.
During the arrest, police say they used a taser to gain control over Keys. He is charged with public intoxication, possession of meth and marijuana.
