The Christian County Health Department reported an increase of 35 coronavirus cases Saturday, raising the county’s total to 1,432 since March.
As of Saturday, the health department’s report shows a total of 211 active cases, up 24 cases from Friday. The largest number of adults infected with the virus is those between the age of 22 and 59 with a total of 96, followed by 56 cases in the 60 to 84 age group.
To date, 1,196 have recovered from the virus and there have been 25 deaths with two of those reported Friday.
