Tackett says another event will be the annual candlelight vigil on October 9th that will be virtual this year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. She adds this event is to remember those who have lost their lives to domestic violence this year.

Another awareness event is the ‘Break the Cycle’, which is a cycling event that runs the entire month of October.
